My 'cursor', keeps "freezing-up" and I have to restart, all over again.

The answer for this lies under the control panel heading for your mouse and other pointing devices. One of the settings for this allows you to specify (on the second tab) the input buffer length. The default is 100. try 200, or even the max, 300. Then, you can up the mouse reports per second to 120, the default there is 80. Save your changes, and you may or may not need to restart your windows (depending upon whether it was a factory install or an upgrade ) to see the changes."THE EASIEST THING TO GET IN THIS WORLD IS A WRONG ANSWER!"
